Speed and Agility:

Our Speed and Agility Training is specifically designed for each athlete with a common goal to enhance foot speed, agility, power and flexibility. Speed, Agility and Quickness Training is a system of progressive exercises and instruction aimed at developing fundamental motor ability to enhance the capability of athletes to be more skillful at faster speeds and with greater precision.

This program is highly recommended as a supplement to any sport.

Strength Program

The Athlete's Edge will be offering Strength Training Classes for ages 12 and up. The classes will be run by Andrew Caron, CPT and current intern with the Washington Nationals Strength and Conditioning Program.
Classes will include the following:
* Learning the proper techniques of lifting to gain strength and prevent injury
* Female ACL strengthening and Injury Prevention Program
* Core Strengthening and stabilization program
* Plyometric training: Jump Higher, run faster, and gain more first step quickness.
* 1 hour time slots



High Intensity Class designed for those who like to work hard, get sweaty, and push their limits!

TRX/Functional Training:

Moderate to high intensity class for individuals who want a quick total body workout with a cardio component!

Core Stabilization:

Low to moderate intensity class focusing primarily on abs and low back strengthening!

Comprehensive Fitness Assessment:

Comprehensive Fitness Assessment includes an evaluation of your medical history, vital signs, body composition, posture and movement. You
will be given a personalized workout plan based on your assessment and goals.

Individual Personal Training:

These sessions are tailored especially to your fitness level and goals. Tabitha provides the workout, motivation, and accountability necessary to help
you modify your lifestyle and see lasting results.

Small Group Personal Training Classes:

Workout with 4-10 other individuals in a setting that allows Tabitha to customize the workouts to the specific group and make modification as necessary.

Group Classes
60 minute classes - 4 week session for $53
30 minute classes – 4 week session for $29

Individual Personal Training:
$35 – 30 minute session
$55 – 60 minute session

Semi-Private Training:
2 people for 30 minute session - $25 each
2 people for 60 minute session - $40 each
3 people for 60 minute session - $30 each
4 people for 60 minute session - $25 each

All of our training classes are supervised by Certified Personal Trainers who have worked with athletes at all levels from youth to professional. Tabitha Baer – ACSM Certified Personal Trainer, BS Kinesiology and currently studying for NASM Performance Enhancement Specialist and Dave Clagett, CPT.
